every volunteer at Jan's Tutoring House.

Sunday evening Jan's Tutoring House hosted their annual fundraiser 'Red Carpet Celebration' to support their mission of providing educational support to inner city children in Washington, DC. For over twenty- five years, Jan's Tutoring House has helped children get the individual academic attention they need to excel in the classroom. And beyond the classroom students even get the opportunity of great field trips across their hometown.

The Oscar themed fundraiser, is a chance to honor volunteers, sponsors, and outstanding alumni who benefited from their time at Jan's Tutoring House. Hosted at the Hill Center there was pop-corn, a bar, and food was provided by District Taco.

Attendees had the opportunity to bid on silent auction items including- National baseball tickets, Capitols box seats, DC United midfield tickets, a beachhouse week long rental, restaurant deals, and lots of other great items.
