It Takes 2 to Tango

On a rooftop in DC with the rain clouds pushed far away from any chance of a rainy evening 'Art Soiree' began at Beacon Hotel's rooftop.

It's a small space but that didn't stop my boyfriend and I from enjoying the evening. A rain free evening, live music, dancing, and drinks made for a great date night.

A band performed live tango music. The sound carried well throughout the party on the roof.

The real reason for us being there, we wanted to watch the Tango class. We weren't able to catch the class due to some confusion on the location of the class at the hotel.

Later in the evening, it was very inspiring to watch couples dance. The dancers made the steps look easy and the couples looked so romantically in love- even if they were just dancing partners. After watching the couples, I know my boyfriend and I ready to try a class of tango.
